Pets are welcome at the Marlborough and the following guidelines are intended to help make life at the Marlborough trouble-free for all residents and pets.
- While moving throughout the building, pets must be on leashes and controlled by their owner. Owners are required to prevent pets from jumping on, biting, or in any way harming any person or other pet. Pets are not allowed to roam free in the building or in the gardens.
- If a pet has an accident in the building, soiling the Common Elements, the Pet Owner must clean it immediately. If professional cleaning is required, please contact the MCA Maintenance Emergency Hotline at (860) 871-5305. The Pet Owner is responsible for any clean-up cost in such an event.
- Pet waste is prohibited on all Condominium Property, including, without limitation, the walls, flowerbeds, gardens or any portion of the property. Please clean up after your pet.
- Cat, bird and hamster owners should ensure that litter is changed often to avoid odor, and that it is securely wrapped and tied in a plastic garbage bag before depositing in the trash.
